基本的に働きたくない（自分が好きなものを作っていたい）
何か自己投資になるなら働く気はある（例えば英語）

→ To do that, I need to put myself in an environment where I actually use it.

- It involves something I'm interested in
- I can contribute and be helpful
- I can communicate with people (especially those who share similar interests)

Basically, I don't want to work (I'd rather spend time creating things I love).
But if it’s something that contributes to my personal growth—say, improving my English—I’d be willing to work.
